Will I always get the same Housekeeper?

Yes! With the only exception being your regular housekeeper is off sick or on holiday, in those cases you will have one of our other housekeepers stand in for them.

Do I need to provide equipment or products?

No. All of our housekeepers are fully equipped with vacuum cleaners, cloths and a range of eco friendly products.

What areas do we cover?

We cover the West Sussex area. Including Bognor Regis, Chichester, Littlehampton, Pulborough, Arundel, Storrington and Worthing.

Will the housekeeper know what to do?

Yes! They will have a list of tasks to complete and check off, these tasks will be discussed at the quoting stages and outlined in the agreement.

Will I have a contract?

Yes. This is to protect both us and you and ensure you get exactly what you pay for.

How does payment work? 

For all our regular cleans we will set you up on a payment plan. For this we use GoCardless. For one off cleans we accept payment via bank transfer.

What happens if I need to cancel or rearrange my clean? 

We require 5 days notice of a cancellations, we can rearrange your clean or skip it altogether. If you give less than 48hours notice for a cancellation you’ll be charged 50% of the clean.

Does my house have to be clean before you arrive? 

No, that’s what we are there to do! But if there are any large amounts of clutter, we would kindly ask for it to be tidied away before we arrive.

Do I need to provide keys?

No, though we would prefer if you did. If you’re not in for your arranged visit and we are not left with a key or code we will charge for the visit in full.

What if there are any breakages/damage? 

If you are not home, we will leave a note and take a photo of the damage. We will get in contact with you to arrange replacement or repair of any damages.
